1. Cancellation Request: If you decide to cancel our services, you must notify us within 48 hours of service activation or renewal. Requests for cancellation must be made explicitly via email to ensure proper documentation and processing.

2. Email Notification: To cancel your service, please send an email to with a clear subject line such as “Service Cancellation Request.” In your email, please provide a brief explanation of the reason for cancellation to help us understand your decision and improve our services.

3. Refund Eligibility: Upon receiving your cancellation request, your amount will be refunded within 2 business days. Please note, however, that a 10% chargeback fee will be deducted from the total amount paid. This fee covers administrative costs and service charges incurred.

4. Processing of Refund: Once your cancellation request is verified and approved, the refund, minus the 10% chargeback fee, will be processed. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Services: Please be aware that some services may be non-refundable. These include services that involve third-party costs, custom work, or other expenses that ShitMarketing cannot recover. We will clearly identify any non-refundable services at the time of purchase.

6. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
